Saying goodbye…

OK so my posts have been rather light and humourous...or at least for me they have been.  Thought I'd jump into deeper waters today and have a serious post on saying goodbye. In my short life (oh yes I said it SHORT - meaning I'm not old) I've had a few people pass away that I never had a chance to say goodbye. So I was in a Public Washroom…

and it hit me what my topic was going to be when I could find time to sit and blog. Now I know we've all been in the public washroom a time or two in our life - they've looked pretty much the same - some a little fancier than others....and yes some a little more questionable that others. Those are usually the ones you ask yourself "Can I hold this" and if not "Can I hover (women only) long enough to get the job done"? Hello September

Well in the blink of an eye we are starting September 2012 - I'm always mystified at how quickly time goes by and have asked many of my peers (read into that OLD people in my life.....HI Mom, HI Dad - tee hee hee) "Does time slow down when the kids are all grown, we've done all the major tasks in life, our jobs are routine"??  The answer always seems to be a collective NO!  Hmmm but does it slow down when we are old - and by old I mean over 80 - when our days seems to be nothing more than getting up, shuffling to the dining room, eating, shuffling back to our respective roo
